プライバシーポリシー
概要
Sokuten（測点）は、通信を行わず、いかなるデータも当方に送信しません。読み込んだSIMA/CSVファイル、入力した点や計算の内容、計算結果は、すべてお使いのiPhoneの中だけで処理・保存されます。当方はサーバーを持たず、データが送られる先そのものが存在しません。現場のデータを外部に預けることなく、その場で計算できます。
データはお使いのiPhoneの中に保存されます。お客様が端末のiCloudバックアップを有効にしている場合、そのアプリのデータは、端末のiCloudバックアップ設定に従ってバックアップされることがあります。これはお使いの端末とApple IDの設定によるものであり、当方がその内容に触れることはありません。
1. 収集するデータについて
当方は、個人データ・利用データを一切、収集・受信・送信・保存・処理しません。具体的には次のとおりです。
- アカウント登録は不要です（機能自体がありません）。氏名・メールアドレス・パスワード等を入力する場面はありません。
- データは端末の外に出ません。SIMA/CSVファイル、点・区画・地番、計算の入力と結果、履歴は、すべてお使いのiPhone内でのみ処理・保持されます。当方のサーバーは存在せず、アプリが当方に対してデータを送信するネットワーク通信を行うことは一切ありません。
- トラッキングはありません。広告、広告識別子、トラッキング技術は一切含まれておらず、他社のアプリやウェブサイトを横断した追跡も行いません。
- アナリティクスはありません。解析SDK、クラッシュレポートSDK、その他サードパーティSDKは一切組み込まれていません。
このため、App StoreにおけるSokutenのAppプライバシー表示は「データを収集しません（Data Not Collected）」です。
2. データの保存場所について
プロジェクト、点、計算履歴などのデータは、お使いのiPhone内のアプリ専用領域にファイルとして保存されます。これらが外部に送信されることはありません。データが失われにくいよう、保存は原子的に行い、直近の世代のバックアップを端末内に保持します。読み込めなくなったファイルは端末内で隔離し、他のデータに影響しないようにします。いずれの処理も端末の中で完結します。
前述のとおり、端末のiCloudバックアップを有効にしている場合は、これらのデータが端末のiCloudバックアップ設定に従ってバックアップされることがあります。これはiOSの標準的な仕組みであり、当方が関与するものではありません。
3. SIMA/CSVファイルの取り扱いについて
Sokutenのファイルアクセスは、お客様がFiles・AirDrop・共有シートなどで選んだSIMA/CSVファイルを読み込み、また書き出す目的にのみ使用されます。読み込み・計算・書き出しはすべて端末内で行われ、当方への送信は発生しません。書き出したファイルの保存先や共有先は、お客様がその場で選ぶ場所に限られます。書き出し後のファイルの管理は、iOSの仕組み（Files、共有シートなど）に従います。
4. 課金について
Sokutenの購入（Proの買い切り）は、AppleのApp Store（StoreKit）によって処理されます。決済はAppleの利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーのもとでAppleが取り扱います。当方が、お客様の氏名・メールアドレス・請求先住所・クレジットカード番号その他の決済情報に触れることは一切ありません。アプリは、購入が有効かどうかを端末上のStoreKitを通じて確認し、その状態を端末内（Keychain）に記録するのみです。詳しい課金の仕組みは利用規約をご覧ください。
5. 通信について
Sokutenは、計算や書き出しのために外部と通信することはありません。オフラインの状態でも、すべての機能をお使いいただけます。App Storeでの購入・復元の際にAppleとやり取りが行われますが、これはiOSとApp Storeの仕組みによるものであり、当方のサーバーへの通信ではありません。
6. お子様のプライバシー
Sokutenは誰からもデータを収集しないため、お子様からもデータを収集しません。
7. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページを更新し、上記の制定日（改定日）を改めます。データ収集を伴う変更（現時点で予定はありません）を行う場合は、適用前にアプリ内で明確にお知らせします。

Summary
Sokuten makes no network connection and sends none of your data to us. Every SIMA/CSV file you open, every point and calculation you enter, and every result is processed and stored entirely on your own iPhone. We operate no server, so there is nowhere for that data to go. Your field data stays with you, calculated right where you are.
Your data is stored on your iPhone. If you have iCloud Backup enabled on your device, that app data may be backed up according to your device's iCloud Backup settings. That is a function of your device and Apple ID settings; we never have access to its contents.
1. Data We Collect
We do not collect, receive, transmit, store, or process any personal data or usage data whatsoever. Specifically:
- No account is required or offered. You never provide a name, email address, or password to use Sokuten.
- No data leaves your device. SIMA/CSV files, points, parcels, calculation inputs and results, and history are all processed and held only on your iPhone. Sokuten operates without any server of ours — the app makes no network connection to send us your data.
- No tracking. Sokuten contains no advertising, no ad identifiers, no tracking technologies, and does not track you across apps or websites.
- No analytics. Sokuten contains no analytics SDKs, no crash-reporting SDKs, and no third-party SDKs of any kind.
Accordingly, Sokuten's App Privacy label on the App Store is "Data Not Collected."
2. Where Your Data Is Stored
Projects, points, and calculation history are stored as files in the app's private storage on your iPhone. They are never transmitted anywhere. To reduce the chance of data loss, saving is performed atomically and a few recent backup generations are kept on the device. A file that can no longer be read is quarantined on the device so it does not affect your other data. All of this happens entirely on your device.
As noted above, if you have iCloud Backup enabled, this data may be backed up according to your device's iCloud Backup settings. That is a standard iOS function that we are not involved in.
3. How SIMA/CSV Files Are Handled
Sokuten's file access is used only to read and write the SIMA/CSV files you choose via Files, AirDrop, the share sheet, and so on. Reading, calculating, and writing all happen on your device, with no transmission to us. Exported files are saved or shared only to the destination you pick at that moment. Once exported, files are managed by iOS's own mechanisms (Files, the share sheet, and so on).
4. Purchases
Purchases in Sokuten (the one-time Pro purchase) are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store (StoreKit). Payment is handled by Apple under Apple's own terms and privacy policy. We never see or have access to your name, email address, billing address, credit card number, or any other payment information. The app only checks, via StoreKit on your device, whether a purchase is valid, and keeps a local record (in the device Keychain) of that status. See the Terms of Use for details on how billing works.
5. Networking
Sokuten does not connect to any external service to calculate or to export. All features work offline. When you purchase or restore through the App Store, communication takes place with Apple; that is a function of iOS and the App Store, not a connection to any server of ours.

Because Sokuten collects no data from anyone, it also collects no data from children.
7. Changes to This Policy
If we ever change this policy, we will update this page and revise the effective date above. Any change that would involve collecting data (which we do not plan) would be clearly communicated in the app before taking effect.
