プライバシーポリシー
概要
Sokuten（測点）のアプリ自体は、いかなるデータも当方に送信しません。アプリ自身が行う通信は、App Storeでの購入・復元・購入状況の確認の手続きだけです。読み込んだSIMA/CSVファイル、入力した点や計算の内容、計算結果は、すべてお使いのiPhoneの中だけで処理・保存されます。当方はアプリ用のサーバーを持たず、アプリからデータが送られる先そのものが存在しません。現場のデータを外部に預けることなく、その場で計算できます。なお、アプリの外にある任意のご意見フォームに入力・送信された内容は、第1項のとおり扱います。
データはお使いのiPhoneの中に保存されます。お客様が端末のiCloudバックアップを有効にしている場合、そのアプリのデータは、端末のiCloudバックアップ設定に従ってバックアップされることがあります。これはお使いの端末とApple IDの設定によるものであり、当方がその内容に触れることはありません。
1. 収集するデータについて
Sokutenのアプリ自体は、個人データ・利用データを一切、収集・受信・送信・保存・処理しません（アプリの外にあるご意見フォームに、お客様が自分の意思で入力・送信された内容は別です。下の項目をご覧ください）。具体的には次のとおりです。
- アカウント登録は不要です（機能自体がありません）。氏名・メールアドレス・パスワード等を、アプリの中で入力する場面はありません。
- アプリ自体は、読み込んだファイル・点・計算の内容などお客様のデータを送信しません。ご意見・不具合は、当方（ZA-ONE）の Web フォーム（https://zone-web.jp/ios/feedback/）から送れます。アプリ 1.2.1 以降では、設定の「ご意見・不具合を送る」を押すと、ブラウザでこのフォームが開きます。このとき、アプリがフォームの URL に付けて渡すのは、アプリ名・版・iOS の版だけです（読み込んだファイル・点・計算の内容・端末の識別子は含みません）。フォームで入力・送信された内容（ご意見の種類と内容、任意のメールアドレス、アプリから開いたときに自動で入るアプリ名・版・iOS の版）は、受け取った日時とともに Google のスプレッドシートに保存されます。使い道は、お返事と、アプリの改善だけです（メールアドレスは、お返事を希望された場合のみ使います）。ZA-ONE のプライバシーポリシーにも同じ趣旨を載せています。フォームの送信内容には、IP アドレスや端末の識別子を含めず、保存しません。送信した内容の削除をご希望の場合は、第8項のメールアドレスへご連絡ください。このフォームはアプリの外の Web ページで、入力するかどうかは任意です。
- データは端末の外に出ません。SIMA/CSVファイル、点・区画・地番、計算の入力と結果、履歴は、すべてお使いのiPhone内でのみ処理・保持されます。アプリ用の当方のサーバーは存在せず、アプリが当方に対してデータを送信するネットワーク通信を行うことは一切ありません。
- トラッキングはありません。広告、広告識別子、トラッキング技術は一切含まれておらず、他社のアプリやウェブサイトを横断した追跡も行いません。
- アナリティクスはありません。解析SDK、クラッシュレポートSDK、その他サードパーティSDKは一切組み込まれていません。
このため、App StoreにおけるSokutenのAppプライバシー表示は「データを収集しません（Data Not Collected）」です。
2. データの保存場所について
プロジェクト、点、計算履歴などのデータは、お使いのiPhone内のアプリ専用領域にファイルとして保存されます。これらが外部に送信されることはありません。データが失われにくいよう、保存は原子的に行い、直近の世代のバックアップを端末内に保持します。読み込めなくなったファイルは端末内で隔離し、他のデータに影響しないようにします。いずれの処理も端末の中で完結します。
前述のとおり、端末のiCloudバックアップを有効にしている場合は、これらのデータが端末のiCloudバックアップ設定に従ってバックアップされることがあります。これはiOSの標準的な仕組みであり、当方が関与するものではありません。
3. SIMA/CSVファイルの取り扱いについて
Sokutenのファイルアクセスは、お客様がFiles・AirDrop・共有シートなどで選んだSIMA/CSVファイルを読み込み、また書き出す目的にのみ使用されます。読み込み・計算・書き出しはすべて端末内で行われ、当方への送信は発生しません。書き出したファイルの保存先や共有先は、お客様がその場で選ぶ場所に限られます。書き出し後のファイルの管理は、iOSの仕組み（Files、共有シートなど）に従います。
4. 課金について
Sokutenの購入（Proの買い切り）は、AppleのApp Store（StoreKit）によって処理されます。決済はAppleの利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーのもとでAppleが取り扱います。当方が、お客様の氏名・メールアドレス・請求先住所・クレジットカード番号その他の決済情報に触れることは一切ありません。アプリは、購入が有効かどうかを端末上のStoreKitを通じて確認し、その状態を端末内（Keychain）に記録するのみです。詳しい課金の仕組みは利用規約をご覧ください。
5. 通信について
Sokutenのアプリは、計算や書き出しのために外部と通信することはありません。オフラインの状態でも、すべての機能をお使いいただけます。アプリ自身が行う通信は、App Storeでの購入・復元・購入状況の確認の手続き（Appleとお使いの端末の間）だけです。これはiOSとApp Storeの仕組みによるものであり、当方のサーバーへの通信ではなく、データが当方に送信されることもありません。アプリが自分から当方のサーバーへ接続することはありません。ただし、アプリ 1.2.1 以降では、お客様が設定の「ご意見・不具合を送る」を押したときに限り、ブラウザが当方のフォーム（zone-web.jp）を開きます（第1項をご覧ください）。
6. お子様のプライバシー
Sokutenのアプリは誰からもデータを収集しないため、お子様からもデータを収集しません。なお、ご意見フォームは Web ページで、入力するかどうかは任意です（お子様が使う場合は、保護者の方がご確認ください）。
7. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページを更新し、上記の制定日（改定日）を改めます。アプリがデータ収集を伴う変更（現時点で予定はありません）を行う場合は、適用前にアプリ内で明確にお知らせします。

Summary
The Sokuten app itself sends none of your data to us. The only network traffic the app makes itself is with the App Store, for purchase, restore, and purchase-status checks. Every SIMA/CSV file you open, every point and calculation you enter, and every result is processed and stored entirely on your own iPhone. We operate no server for the app, so there is nowhere for the app to send that data. Your field data stays with you, calculated right where you are. Anything you choose to enter and submit in the optional feedback form, which lives outside the app, is handled as described in Section 1.
Your data is stored on your iPhone. If you have iCloud Backup enabled on your device, that app data may be backed up according to your device's iCloud Backup settings. That is a function of your device and Apple ID settings; we never have access to its contents.
1. Data We Collect
The Sokuten app itself does not collect, receive, transmit, store, or process any personal data or usage data whatsoever (what you choose to enter and submit in the feedback form outside the app is a separate matter; see the item below). Specifically:
- No account is required or offered. You never enter a name, email address, or password inside the app to use Sokuten.
- The app itself does not send your data, such as the files you open, your points, or your calculations. You can send feedback or bug reports through our web form (ZA-ONE) at https://zone-web.jp/ios/feedback/. In app version 1.2.1 and later, tapping "Send feedback" in Settings opens this form in your browser. The only things the app adds to the form's URL are the app name, the app version, and the iOS version (never your files, points, calculations, or any device identifier). What you enter and submit in the form (the type and content of your feedback, an optional email address, and the app name, app version, and iOS version that are filled in automatically when the form is opened from the app) is saved in a Google spreadsheet together with the date and time we received it. We use it only to reply to you and to improve the app (an email address is used only if you ask for a reply). ZA-ONE's privacy policy says the same. The form submission does not include, and we do not store, your IP address or any device identifier. If you would like what you submitted deleted, contact us at the email address in Section 8. The form is a web page outside the app, and filling it in is entirely optional.
- No data leaves your device. SIMA/CSV files, points, parcels, calculation inputs and results, and history are all processed and held only on your iPhone. Sokuten operates without any app server of ours — the app makes no network connection to send us your data.
- No tracking. Sokuten contains no advertising, no ad identifiers, no tracking technologies, and does not track you across apps or websites.
- No analytics. Sokuten contains no analytics SDKs, no crash-reporting SDKs, and no third-party SDKs of any kind.
Accordingly, Sokuten's App Privacy label on the App Store is "Data Not Collected."
2. Where Your Data Is Stored
Projects, points, and calculation history are stored as files in the app's private storage on your iPhone. They are never transmitted anywhere. To reduce the chance of data loss, saving is performed atomically and a few recent backup generations are kept on the device. A file that can no longer be read is quarantined on the device so it does not affect your other data. All of this happens entirely on your device.
As noted above, if you have iCloud Backup enabled, this data may be backed up according to your device's iCloud Backup settings. That is a standard iOS function that we are not involved in.
3. How SIMA/CSV Files Are Handled
Sokuten's file access is used only to read and write the SIMA/CSV files you choose via Files, AirDrop, the share sheet, and so on. Reading, calculating, and writing all happen on your device, with no transmission to us. Exported files are saved or shared only to the destination you pick at that moment. Once exported, files are managed by iOS's own mechanisms (Files, the share sheet, and so on).
4. Purchases
Purchases in Sokuten (the one-time Pro purchase) are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store (StoreKit). Payment is handled by Apple under Apple's own terms and privacy policy. We never see or have access to your name, email address, billing address, credit card number, or any other payment information. The app only checks, via StoreKit on your device, whether a purchase is valid, and keeps a local record (in the device Keychain) of that status. See the Terms of Use for details on how billing works.
5. Networking
The Sokuten app does not connect to any external service to calculate or to export. All features work offline. The only network traffic the app itself makes is with the App Store (between Apple and your device), for purchase, restore, and purchase-status checks; that is a function of iOS and the App Store, not a connection to any server of ours, and none of your data is sent to us that way. The app never connects to our servers on its own. However, in app version 1.2.1 and later, only when you tap "Send feedback" in Settings, your browser opens our form (zone-web.jp); see Section 1.
6. Children's Privacy
Because the Sokuten app collects no data from anyone, it also collects no data from children. The feedback form is a web page, and filling it in is optional (if a child uses it, a parent or guardian should check first).
7. Changes to This Policy
If we ever change this policy, we will update this page and revise the effective date above. Any change that would have the app collect data (which we do not plan) would be clearly communicated in the app before taking effect.
