利用規約（EULA）
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、お客様と「Sokuten（測点）」（以下「本アプリ」）の開発者（以下「当方」）との間のエンドユーザーライセンス契約（EULA）です。本アプリをダウンロードまたは使用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。本規約はAppleの標準EULA（Licensed Application End User License Agreement）を基礎としており、本規約に定めのない事項についてはAppleの標準EULAが適用されます。
1. ライセンス
当方は、App Store利用規約で認められる範囲において、お客様が所有または管理するApple製デバイス上で本アプリを使用するための、個人的・非独占的・譲渡不能・取消可能なライセンスをお客様に付与します。法令で認められる場合を除き、本アプリの複製、改変、リバースエンジニアリング、再配布、転売はできません。
2. 計算結果の利用について（重要）
計算結果の利用は、ご自身の責任でご確認ください。公共測量・登記等の成果としての利用は、測量法その他の法令の定めと発注者の仕様に従ってください。
本アプリは、平面直角座標系を前提とした座標計算（逆計算・放射・トラバース・交点・面積・幅杭・垂線など）を行う道具です。測地系の変換は行いません。プロジェクトのヘッダに座標系のラベル（X=北 / Y=東・標高の有無）を表示し、変換を行わないことを画面上で示します。入力値・座標系・計算方法の選択、および出力の妥当性は、お客様ご自身の判断と確認によるものとします。重要な用途に用いる際は、独立した方法での検算をおすすめします。
3. SIMA/CSVデータの取り扱いについて
本アプリは、SIMA形式（測量データ交換形式）およびCSVの読み書きに対応します。読み込みは、読める行を読み込み、読めない行は行番号とともに「読込レポート」に示して処理を続けます。書き出しでは、本アプリが解釈しない記録もできる限り保持して書き戻す方針としています。
ただし、SIMA/CSVの作成元となるソフトウェアや運用は多様であり、あらゆるファイルの完全な読み書きや、往復での完全一致を約束するものではありません。書き出したデータを納品・入稿・他システムへの取り込みに用いる場合は、内容が意図どおりか、および発注者・提出先の仕様に適合するかを、お客様ご自身で事前にご確認ください。重要なデータは、あらかじめ控え（バックアップ）をお取りください。
なお本文中の「SIMA形式」は測量データ交換形式を指す一般的な呼称として用いています。
4. Free と Pro（課金・購入）
- Free（無料）の範囲: すべての計算機能をご利用いただけます。プロジェクトの総点数は50点まで（SIMA/CSVの取り込み・手入力・計算で生成した点を、同一の累計としてカウントします）。Freeではファイルの書き出し（SIMA/CSV）と複数点の一括コピーはご利用いただけません。画面の閲覧と、1点ずつの値のコピーは可能です。計算履歴の保持は7日間です。
- Pro（買い切り）: 非消耗型の「Sokuten Pro」（プロダクトID
sokuten.pro.lifetime）を¥3,000 / $19.99でご提供します。点数無制限・プロジェクト無制限・SIMA/CSVの書き出し・複数点の一括コピー・履歴の無制限保持がご利用いただけます。サブスクリプション（自動更新）ではありません。一度のお支払いで、以後の追加請求は発生しません。価格は購入前にアプリ内に表示されます。 - 購入の復元: 「設定」から「購入を復元」をタップしてください。Proは非消耗型のため、同じApple Accountであれば、機種変更後や再インストール後も復元できます。
- 返金について: 決済および返金の手続きはすべてAppleが取り扱い、当方独自のポリシーはなく、Appleのポリシーに従います。当方側で返金を行うことはできません。返金のお申し出はAppleのreportaproblem.apple.comから行ってください。
5. プライバシー
本アプリは、いかなるデータも収集せず、当方への送信も行いません。すべての処理は端末内で完結します。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
6. 担保の否認
本アプリは「現状有姿（AS IS）」かつ「提供可能な状態（AS AVAILABLE）」で提供されます。当方は、商品性、特定目的への適合性、権利非侵害を含め、明示・黙示を問わず、本アプリに関するいかなる担保もいたしません。本アプリが中断なくエラーなく動作すること、計算結果があらゆる用途・環境で意図どおりになること、およびSIMA/CSVがあらゆるソフトウェア・運用との間で問題なく入出力できることを、当方は約束するものではありません。計算結果の利用に関しては、第2条をあわせてご確認ください。
7. 責任の制限
適用法令が許容する最大限の範囲で、当方は、間接損害、付随的損害、特別損害、結果的損害、懲罰的損害その他本アプリの使用または使用不能から生じる損失（データの消失、計算結果の利用や成果物の提出に関連する損失を含みます）について、責任を負いません。当方の責任の総額は、請求に先立つ12か月間にお客様が本アプリに対して支払った金額を上限とします。ただし、消費者契約法その他の強行法規により制限できない責任については、この限りではありません。
8. 本アプリおよび本規約の変更
当方は、本アプリおよび本規約を随時更新することがあります。重要な変更は、本ページに掲載し、制定日（改定日）を更新することでお知らせします。変更後に本アプリの使用を継続した場合、変更に同意したものとみなされます。
9. 準拠法・管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠し、日本法に従って解釈されます。本規約に関する紛争については、消費者保護に関する強行法規の定めがある場合を除き、日本の裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
10. Appleが第三受益者であること
AppleおよびAppleの子会社は本規約の第三受益者であり、本規約を執行する権利を有することにお客様は同意します。Appleは本アプリに関する保守・サポートを提供する義務を負いません。サポートは当方が提供します（下記参照）。

Terms of Use (EULA)
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an end user license agreement (EULA) between you and the developer of Sokuten ("Sokuten," "the app," "we," "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. These Terms are based on, and incorporate the protections of, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; where these Terms are silent, Apple's standard EULA applies.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Sokuten on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or resell the app except as permitted by law.
2. Use of Calculation Results (Important)
Please verify any calculation results yourself before relying on them. For use as deliverables in public surveying, land registration, and the like, follow the Surveying Act and other applicable laws, and the specifications of the party commissioning the work.
The app is a tool for coordinate calculations (inverse, radiation, traverse, intersection, area, offset stakes, perpendicular, and so on) based on the plane rectangular coordinate system. It does not perform geodetic datum conversion. Each project header shows a coordinate-system label (X = North / Y = East, and whether elevation is present) to make clear that no conversion is applied. The choice of input values, coordinate system, and calculation method, and the validity of the output, are your own responsibility to judge and confirm. For important uses, we recommend independently checking the results by another method.
3. Handling of SIMA/CSV Data
The app reads and writes the SIMA survey-data exchange format and CSV. On import, it reads the lines it can read and lists any lines it cannot, with line numbers, in an "import report," then continues. On export, it aims to preserve and write back even records it does not itself interpret.
However, the software and workflows that produce SIMA/CSV vary widely, and we do not promise complete reading and writing of every file, or an exact round-trip match in all cases. If you use exported data for delivery, submission, or import into another system, please confirm yourself, in advance, that the contents are as intended and that they meet the specifications of the commissioning or receiving party. Please keep your own backups of important data.
In this document, "SIMA" refers to the survey-data exchange format as a general term.
4. Free and Pro (Purchases)
- Free: All calculation features are available. A project's total point count is limited to 50 (points from SIMA/CSV import, manual entry, and calculations all count toward the same running total). Free does not include file export (SIMA/CSV) or bulk copy of multiple points. Viewing on screen and copying a single point's value are allowed. Calculation history is retained for 7 days.
- Pro (one-time): The non-consumable "Sokuten Pro" (product ID
sokuten.pro.lifetime) is offered at ¥3,000 / $19.99. It provides unlimited points, unlimited projects, SIMA/CSV export, bulk copy of multiple points, and unlimited history retention. It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew. A single payment, with no further charges afterward. Prices are shown in the app before purchase. - Restoring purchases: Tap "Restore Purchases" under Settings. Because Pro is non-consumable, it can be restored with the same Apple Account after switching devices or reinstalling.
- Refunds: All billing and refunds are handled by Apple, according to Apple's own policy — we have no separate refund policy and cannot issue refunds ourselves. Refund requests are made to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
5. Privacy
Sokuten collects no data and transmits nothing to us; all processing happens on your device. See the Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, that calculation results will match your intent in every use and environment, or that SIMA/CSV will read and write without issue across every software and workflow. See Section 2 regarding the use of calculation results.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any losses arising from use of or inability to use the app (including loss of data and losses related to the use of calculation results or the submission of deliverables). Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including under the Japanese Consumer Contract Act.
8. Changes to the App or Terms
We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
10. Apple as Third-Party Beneficiary
You acknowledge that Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the app; support is provided by us (see below).
